Justin is co-founder, president & chief builder of Bay Village Builders, Inc. He is responsible for management of all field operations, including scheduling, personnel, estimating, and supervision of subcontractors.

Prior to forming Bay Village Builders, Inc. with Daniel Krause, Justin ran Bay Village Builders as a sole proprietorship. During this time he ran several construction projects, specializing in high-end residential and experimental construction. On many occasions he utilized innovative and environmentally sensitive materials as well as working with cutting-edge designs. He also teamed up with other contractors as a supervisor & lead carpenter on various construction projects.

Recent Projects include:

• Cass Calder Smith Residence – High end re-model of studio space into a master bedroom & bathroom.
  
• Ari Salomon Residence – Renovation of entire house and home-office space.
  
• Bruce Kelly Residence – Worked for owner-builder of new house construction from ground up in Berkeley.
